I go around tasting soondubu soups at every Korean restaurant I go to and I’ve done so across the country from the east coast to the west coast (I’m on a quest to find my favourite I ... guess! Haha) and the one here is absolutely one of the best ones in terms of soup base, overall unity and diversity of ingredients, and general flavour.
