This is a great spot for a late-night snack, with a comfortable atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying Japanese cuisine. We ordered the salmon sushi, spicy tuna sushi, and takoyaki. However, it's worth noting that the portion sizes at Kizami ... are relatively small, especially by American standards. This might surprise some diners expecting more generous servings. However, this is 100% in line with the portion sizing I saw in japan which I suppose makes this restaurant even more authentic! Delicious high-quality sushi rolls (fresh crab meat instead of imitation crab ) but I’d avoid the deep fried squid and bluefin croquettes. The squids were flavourless and the bluefin croquettes were fishy and mushy.

Extraordinarily fresh ingredient quality in Richmond. Friendly service and delicate, authentic Japanese-style dining utensils. The restaurant plays Korean-style pop music throughout the whole time for some reason, which makes me a bit confused 😂

Good place to try sushi. This place is a bit on the higher end with prices but still worth a try. They have unique names for their rolls, specifically after Pokémon characters. I enjoyed the rolls.
