Bibo is the place to be for the authentic Italian culinary experience. It's the spot to have lunch while shopping at the outlets. They have some of the best pizzas in British Columbia, but thats just the beginning. They have the best coffee and tiramisu in the outlet, which is ... very helpful when you have to keep up with the wife while visiting all the stores. But even better is the choice of beer and wine they have, either to pair with your food or, in my case, to enjoy on the patio while she does her shopping. *Updating Service to 5 Stars because Linda is amazing!!!* Revisited again 2 days after the first review to try the Carbonara and Bruschetta. They were both delicious - bruschetta was made with fresh, warm bread and it was delicious (I don’t like tomatoes and ate everything!). Carbonara was a generous portion ... and so tasty. But the highlight was definitely Linda’s service. She was so quick and friendly from beginning to end - polite and intuitive. She brought us more napkins without us asking and offered us chilli flakes and oil. Just super awesome at her job and she deserves the recognition! *First Review* Authentic Italian and surprisingly great!!! And I don’t even like pizza that much, but I realize I probably don’t like mainstream North American style pizza. I always get the Margherita, which is full of delicious and fresh tomato sauce, mild but tasty mozzarella. Also had the Vegetarian and it’s the same, but with extra toppings. Delicious fresh from the stone oven. Simply 👌🏻 Seafood Pizza with additional Smoked salmon topping. Perfecto!!

Service is friendly. My only major complaint is that the pizza we ordered were served soaking wet… when I ask the server if this is normal, he told us it is, and it is coming from the cheese… I am not sure if I am just uncultured, but the bottom of ... the pizza is all soak and it just ruins the whole experience. The mall is nice but need more food options. So this fills the pizza void The pizza itself was nice & true to it’s style. The softly crushed almost saucy tomatoes , slices of mozzarella & the freshest baked pie was the highlight The pasta on the other hand was not a ... personal recommend due to the taste and texture of it.
