New York Fries - Richmond, British Columbia

This is my second time here at New York Fries in Richmond....it used to be perfect the quality was the best in the metro vancouver...I don't know what is it but the quality of food degraded immensely....the service got slow and even rude...the short cute chubby girl was quite helpful, ... she was trying to manage everything alone and she did manage but all other servers were just running and looking busy...the food I don't like it anymore from here...I didn't catch the name of the little girl she was polite and helpful got me my order immediately once I told her that I was waiting for my order for 10 minutes. They have great customer service. I didn't catch the name of the guy who served me but whoever he is made the chipotle aioli dipping sauce all worth the visit to New york fries. Thanks my guy 👍🏼

Great staff who were happy to explain everything! I had a chili dog and a large poutine with the delicious vegan gravy.

Drink cups are different. No more plastic lids. Not sure how sturdy they are to walk around in. Mine kept popping out but I was eating at a table. Fries are fries…..it was good. Only complaint is the California seasoning (you have to ask the server for it) was crumbly and ... in chunks. May have been old, they need some new ones. Read more

Cashier Navdeep was friendly and efficient. I ordered a plain dog with ketchup, mustard and relish and it was very fresh and juicy. Bun was warm and soft. Restaurant lighting was bright and inviting.
