Freshii - Richmond, British Columbia

I got my fav tomato soup but was disappointed when I opened the lid and it was barely 3/4 full. Soup is good but other freshiis fill up the cup.

the food from them really sucks. I don’t know why the chicken has no taste at all and apparently it sat there for several days without heating. They didn’t change any fresh products, tomatoes, corn, etc.. It’s a pity that I lost my appetite because of this, alas.

I normally love freshi but they can be inconsistent at times in regards to freshness, quantity and service. I ordered an Oaxaca burrito the other night and it was 90% rice… I’ve had it 3 other times in the past 2 months and they were great and portions were equal. They ... have a different special every day of the week in store which consists of one item on their menu at a discounted price but they do not offer this on ubereats. However they occasionally have bogo free bowls on Uber eats. They have kid options which are relatively healthy options as opposed to the normal fried foods options we normally see for kids. I ordered a veggie/rice bowl and wrote in the notes if you could please send me a packet of salt because there was a fire in my apartment and I'm displaced/living in a hotel and have no way to get salt. The weather was great today so I wanted something refreshing! So happy there’s a Freshii nearby for a healthy meal on the go. The service was fantastic, I was greeted within seconds and got my order quick! Ordered a Cobb salad w/ steak and a Green smoothie
