Drove here from Vancouver to try to take advantage of the $5 off offer from mobile app. When I got here and try to place an order, the app kept failing to process the payment via. Stripe. I'm not sure why because I had no problems placing an order at ... another restaurant after with the same credit card. The app is trash now. It used to accept PayPal/Google pay. It was either one. Now it only accepts stripe and since I placed an order that didn't go through. I also lost my $5 off in-app offer. I won't be returning again. I have been a customer of Pokey Okay for a long time. But recently the quality is not consistent. A few orders ago I received one with not fresh beans and I emailed for support. But no one replied. Today I ordered a large bowl with 3 proteins and 4 ... sides. The amount of both proteins and sides are less than what I usually got. Especially seaweed and crab meat. The sauce is less as well. Those finally make a terrible experience. PS: After I post this comment, I finally got a reply from customer service regarding my Apr 18th order (almost two months later). I recently got Poke Okey for my wedding guests, and it was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved how it was different from most other weddings, and how fresh all the ingredients were. I stumbled onto Pokey Okey when meeting a friend for lunch. I was very happy to find this restaurant as their poke is amazing! I like poke and eat it fairly often and Pokey Okey is some of the best I've had. Their food is super fresh and super tasty. I ... ordered the Red Bowl and added a ramen egg and some corn to my order. Such a good poke place! Lots of options and delicious ingredients available. Very friendly service at the counter as well. I usually don't get premade bowls but the yellow bowl looked great and tasted even better!
