OPA! - Richmond, British Columbia

I ordered from door dash and it came from this No.3 Road location. It was the most disgusting meal I have ever had from Opa. I eat Opa a few times a month, from the Sullivan location in Surrey which is absolutely amazing. I was at my parents place and ... wanted Opa so I ordered it and it was a regret. The portion was so small that even my 5 year old wouldn't be full from eating it. The tzatsiki was only half full and the rice was stale and the chicken was cold and rubbery. It is as if the food was sitting there for hours because it definitely was not prepared fresh. It is such a shame because my experience at other locations has been nothing but great. Was surprised with this Calamari meal, it's not fresh almost half of it. Had to throw some way and the salad the tomatoes were not fresh. Looked good, people came in but very surprised by the quality...

Stopped by this location for Lunch on Saturday July 22 at 2 PM for a quick lunch since I enjoyed the other opa location in ironwood. Ordered the ceaser salad with calamari. Person working up front had zero enthusiasm, zero care, and did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. ... Felt like I was talking to a robot, even that might be better than the service. I told myself as long as the foods good, Ill be fine. I got my food, and I got half the portion of salad that I did at ironwood. The calamari was a normal portion. I had no bacon bits on my salad, unlike the ironwood location, which I thought was included.. Calamari tasted stale. Salad was normal but had half the portions. Think whoever was working today needs a reminder how lucky they are to have a job in this economy and needs to be sat down to have a chat about customer service... Read more

Opa increased their price and the amount of food does not worth the cost. The salad and the protein doesn't even fill up the box. It's basically not fair for its price.

Paid full price for a skewer of chicken but received a wooden stick with hardly any meat on it. What a rip off! I did ask the ladies working about the lack of portion size but they just shrugged it away. I paid $16 for that pathetic meal. Never ... again at this location. Go to Metrotown, at least their portion size is still worth the price. Read more
