McDonald’s - Richmond, British Columbia

We went for breakfast on a Thursday morning, 8 adults 3 families. Some of us was helped by Decelyn who was so courteous and all smiles. But some of us was helped by a lady who was wearing mask and was a bit snooty, opposite of Decelyn. I think ... she's even the manager! My aunt politely asked for butter and she glared at her, got the butter and dumped the butter in the take away bag. I have to go back to the counter to ask for straw, but unfortunately, she was the one there, so i asked politely for a straw, same attitude eyes glaring and handed me the straw, i thanked her and giving her the look she was giving me too. Some customer service! She shouldn't be in front serving customers! She should be at the back instead. McDs should train their crews better!! Read more

Convenient location to our hotel. We picked up dinner there last night... it was so good we picked up breakfast this morning! Price is good, food is tasty, service is fast!

This incident has occurred previously at this location. On this occasion, I ordered a single Happy Meal containing nuggets for my child. Upon returning home and preparing the table for my children, it became apparent that there were no nuggets inside the Happy Meal box. Witnessing the disappointment on my ... child's face was disheartening. I advise ensuring thorough inspection of orders prior to departure when conducting business with this location. Horrible wait time! Been there a few times and the drive thru is always busy. Decided to use pick up this time. As you can see, the "reserved" pick up spots were all parked, with no one inside their cars. I supposed there wasn't sufficient parking? Entered the closest stall ... number and waited for more than 5 mins, and no one came out with my order. So I decided to go in and grabbed my order. Waited for too long so I had to leave right away. Ordered no ice on all my drinks and guess what... THEY ALL HAD ICE! Just look how much ice there are. There's enough to sink the Titanic again. Read more

As somebody who has previously worked in the fast food industry I can attest that the service here is sub-par, and the food was sloppy. When I opened my box I found the contents had been strewn all about as if it had been put through the spin cycle. Would not ... recommend. Read more
