Surprised to see 3 star rating. They don’t even deserve a single star !! During night hours, only drive through operates and they ask you to park your vehicle in their parking and wait for then to cook your order like we are back to 1952. Everytime I go to this location they mess up my order. No one in the drive through and they make me pull to the side and wait. They forgot my apple pie- 17.75 for a meal and it is always dry. Called and guy offered me a credit for a ... 1.75 for my apple pie. Lol what a joke. I will never go back to this location. Read more

I was looking for a budget and kid-friendly place to go out for dinner with friends. It was very disappointing. The person who took our order was unfriendly and unhelpful. We expected there would be a kid's meal, but there wasn't one so we ordered the chicken strips meals for ... the kids. I had chicken pieces. The chicken strips were cold but my chicken was hot, so the food was okay but not great. My biggest complaint was the state of the dining area. It was filthy and grimey. They had a high chair, which is great. But the high chair wasn't clean so I wiped it down with a wet wipe. When I was done wiping I looked at the wipe and it was grey. It obviously hadn't been well cleaned in some time. The seats at the booths were all torn up and showing the stuffing. We were sitting in the atrium of the restaurant and when it rained, my husband felt some drips land on his head. Their atrium is leaking. So, if you go to dine in and it's raining, don't sit in the atrium if you'd like to stay dry. I don't see myself returning to this Church's. Read more

I placed an order at 2am today for two spicy 2-piece combos. However, I received regular flavored chicken instead. This was disappointing, but what truly shocked me was finding an insect on the chicken skin. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety practices ... at your location. I urge you to address these issues urgently. It is essential that your staff are properly trained and motivated to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. This is worst experience in Church's chicken. The stuff put the foot on the kitchen's counter to tie the shoes. My order is so bad also, I ordered 16 spicy pieces, they gave me all original, they insist gave me the spicy type while I call. The attitude also ... not polite. Waste money Read more
