This is by far the worst ZenQ I've ever visited in all of Canada! They should be ashamed to use the same franchise name as the one as amazing as the location in Toronto or even Vancouver. The topping portions are laughable for the same price as any of their ... other locations. The Q-balls are literally a quarter of the size here and pearls given are about 30% of the amount from any other location. Compare to the size at Marine in Vancouver (in a bowl) and even takeout size at York in Toronto (in a container) in the attached pics. I'm shocked that this location is still in business. They shouldn't be charging even half of what they do for their portions. I'll be damned if I ever come here again. An utter joke! Read more
This is the monster ice. I had this today, it is very good. I think this is a very underrated store. It deserves way more customers and higher evaluations.
Very well-decorated shop! The drink I had here (brown sugar pearls and tofu pudding with soy milk) was unique and overall quite good, however the pearls seemed a little undercooked. Fantastic tofu pudding though!

Been hearing a lot about this place so my cousins and I decided to stop by to check it out. We got two desserts. Both of them were alright, didn't taste exceptional or anything - very average tasting. I do give them props for creativity with the monster shaved ice, although ... the Bugles nose & ears didn't really mesh with the rest of the dessert at all (we got the lychee flavour). But all in all, it's cute to look at and try once. The interior design of the storefront is welcoming and I would imagine this to be a good place to get some work done at or have a casual client meeting. Read more
