Qoola - Richmond, British Columbia

We were disappointed by the taste of Qoola's frozen yogurt and their selection. Everything was very tart, even the chocolate! And compared to Menchies, they had less flavours. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the mochi toppings were a plus. But unfortunately the FroYo didn't taste very good.

Was quite unhappy with the flavour of the ORIGINAL TART - tasted off, like it had gone bad. Was denied when I kindly asked if I could switch flavours. This was our family's first visit to Qoola. It was quite good and slightly less expensive than the "other local franchise".

This is such a nice location to go to! The toppings are fresh and they always have good flavours too. Really nice seating area

Owners, both Husband and Wife, were extremely welcoming and kind. They made sure we knew how everything works, pulled out our seats for us, made sure that we were enjoying our treats and the yogurts were tasteful with the perfect consistency. I definitely recommend visiting this place.
