My favourite matcha softserve and come here everytime Im in richmond. However today I was disappointed with the quality of delivery. I was very upset, and really tarnished my view of the service, as I would have been fine to wait longer for better quality or at least been told of ... the situation. But I just had to watch it happen. They made the order behind me first as they ordered a softserve and I ordered a frappee and soft serve. Which I understand as they were busy. The staff gave the softserve to them, which the customer then said that they wanted to have matcha instead of kinako. Unfortunately the icecream machine needed to refill the matcha so they offered the one that was prepared for me. I then had to wait for the machine to churn a bit and the one staff looked at me frequently and quickly made mine. However the one I got did not look like the first one, it was half the size and not chilled enough so it was melting before I got it. Read more
