I have been hear before, there were no cakes because the power at the CF Richmond went out the night before. No problem, I just got a Oreo blizzard. I remember a lady there being soooo slow and was doing other things instead of attending to waiting customers. My birthday is ... coming up and I was planning to visit and collect my FREE blizzard and buy a ice cream cake. I am reading through the reviews and see customers complaining that this location does not accept DQ coupons or discounts. So, I'm thinking ok, maybe something is wrong with the coupons. However, the "owner" who is replying to reviews NEVER once address why the coupons were rejected, whether its their policy or something was wrong with the coupon. It's the same copy/paste response for all negative reviews. My 1star review is mainly because of the A-h0le "owner". It's like they BARELY know English, he/she NEVER once address the issues customers are complaining about. They just write dumba$s reply to say sorry and to click on a link. First, the link is shorten so there is no way of knowing what website you will end up visiting. The link might be to a hacking page containing a malware that steal credentials. Why the hell we need to use a link to retype the same thing we said here. EVERYONE, send a message to DQ USA. These people need to lose their franchise license, they are ruining a good company. What type of DQ dosent accept DQ app offers and dosent allow scanning receipts for points. Don’t spend a cent here, they don’t value customer loyalty.

It’s Located in the Dining Terrace area of the mall. If you’re lactose intolerant or seeking a gluten free tasty treat, they have non dairy dilly bars made of coconut cream. Service was decent.

I've had a fair share of Oreo Blizzards in my days, and I have to say Richmond Center's is by far the worst I've had. The Blizzard essentially had no oreos, it was white from top to bottom. I asked the older woman who made it if this was normal, ... she said with a terrible attitude "This is normal, if you want more Oreos you have to pay more." Its pretty ridiculous as Blizzards are already expensive these days. This place gives only about 1/4 of oreos compared other DQ's. Will never come back again and I will for sure spread the word.
