Great service. I didnt check the opening time and came in almost an hour early. The staff let us come in, took our orders and did their best to get us our order as quick as possible. The ice cream there is really smooth, and has topping matching the theme, as ... well as the smoke coming from it. Definitely instagram worthy if thats what you're into. Atmosphere is great. The teas are a little watered down. Staffing levels are often a little low but you usually get served within ten minutes. The ice cream is usually tasty but a bit expensive. The place is pretty cute and I like the decor. We tried the matcha madness, the portions are not that big and about half the size of the cup since half of it is the dried ice. It is pretty neat to have the "smoke" coming out but there is ... actually no function of it at all, purely for looks. The staff at this location are always nice! I've only had their taiyakis and I think they're delicious! This last time I came I even asked if I could get them to do it without the sugar glaze and they managed to do that for me! Be prepared to wait ... though if you're gonna order one as it takes about 15mins to make. I've add their matcha and milk'ee soft serve flavours and like them both. Not overly sweet but the taiyaki does break up the ice cream a bit...Just the ice cream on its own was a little much for me...theres a lot of ice cream there. Read more

Spacious and comfortable environment for soft serve ice cream. I think green tea flavor is the best. Milk tea flavor is a little bit less flavorful but the texture is very smooth.
