Excellent Hot Pot restaurant. Extremely great service, clean, fun little gimmicks (Noodle dance, toys for kids, waiting area snacks), delicious food, and servers speak fluent English, and you get aprons. One awesome thing is if you don't finish all your food, you can take it home as takeout. One caveat ... though is if you are interested don't make your reservation (they give you about 10 mins grace period), you lose your spot. This keeps the customer flow moving smoothly. Read more

It was my birthday dinner and I wanted to go to Hai Di Lao. As soon as we got there we were greeted by friendly hosts and a cool snack bar. We ordered a lot. The vegetables were fresh. The assortment of beef, lamb, and seafood ... was great. The hardest part was making my dipping sauce. So much to choose from. The 4 soup bases were so yummy. We had two spicy ones and two not so spicy. I tried all of the desserts and snacks and had ice cream and a birthday cake. Just say “I love your soup base” and they will give you a couple packs to take home for your own hot pot. I can’t wait to go back! Our server was excellent. The entertainment was so fun. The restaurant is really busy with so many people. It's a difficult place to get to without a reservation. Perhaps because there are a lot of events, there are a lot of kids there. The food is delicious and the staff are really friendly, but I wouldn't recommend it if ... you want a quiet meal. It's hard to find a parking spot and it's so narrow that it's difficult to get through in both directions. I recommend tomato soup and mushroom soup. Snack service for waiting customers is also good.
