Ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea. Can barely taste the brown sugar and quite bland. For $6.99 not including tax, I suggest spend your money at other bbt shops. The employee spoke broken English and is very kind when I made a little spill due to the poor lid design ... (I have the habit of shaking my bbt before inserting the straw. I struggled a lot to insert the straw, the part of the lid won't budge and the straw started bending). After finishing the drink, I'm shocked by the amount of grease left inside the cup from the drink. Ordered passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly, half sugar, to give this place a second chance. I also ordered a few other drinks for my coworkers. We came to a consensus that the drinks were not cold enough since they didn't put ice in the drink container and the drinks just tasted OK. After trying a bunch of places, they have my favourite brown sugar pearls thus far. Unfortunately, of the around half dozen times we ordered that here outside of promos, only maybe half the time were we given a satisfactory amount of pearls. The other times there were maybe two layers ... of pearls at the bottom of their already skinny cup. Even being careful, the pearls were all gone within first few sips leaving just half a cup of slightly sweet milk. Maybe that’s the standard amount of pearls here but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s still disappointing. It’s a shame as we used to live just upstairs and would have came much more often. Otherwise their fruit teas are quite nice. I especially like the pineapple one. There’s real fruit chunks in all of the ones I’ve tried. Weren’t too sweet and refreshing. Horrible service. Came in with no one in the store, waited 30 mins for 3 drinks. No apologies or anything. When we complained it took too long they still have no apologies for us. We asked for one drink to be hot, they said it can only be warm. We ... got it completely cold. Ordered brown sugar milk tea, no taste of brown sugar at all. One drink was 70% sugar, no sweetness at all. One drink was 30%, super sweet. How does it take 30 mins for 3 staff to make the drinks wrong I will never understand. Never coming here again. Loved the freshly brewed teas! Big fan of their peach oolong with salted cheese, green tea with fresh strawberries, and their brown sugar milk tea. Ordered fantuan delivery when they just opened, but I just found out today that they were having a big store opening promotion if you walk ... in. T.T... Completely missed it. Oh, they open at 12pm, but the pearls won't be ready until 1ish. Read more

The coffee is okay. I love the music. They play blues and stuff like that instead of horrible electro pop like most places do nowadays. The upper level where you can see outside is cool. The only knock is that the young people doing the service are cold at best.
