This Taiwanese restaurant has around 9 bar seats, and their vinegar drinks are fantastic. There are not many places in Vancity that serve them. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The menu is extensive, and I'm eager to try more dishes. Definitely recommend ordering a variety of bentos ... and à la carte items to share. The chicken hotpot was especially tasty and fresh, with delightful herb and wine flavors. They have a menu with frozen ready to nuke items I want to try except my freezer is full. Read more
The food isn’t bad, but not spectacular as I found it too soupy. I wouldn’t say there’s service, since you grab your own food to your seat. But I think $38 for a chicken pot that isn’t even served in a pot (rice charged extra) doesn’t justify the portion we ... were given. Location isn’t very convenient too. The chef recommended the pork belly in black peppercorn sauce (bento box) with various veggies, etc, with a side of Hey Song Sasparilla soda. Three words: I'm in love. So excited to have TTOP back! Used to go to their shop on Alexandra road fairly often and I'm happy to report the food is still delicious. The new store is mainly takeout with a bit of seating for a quick bite (less than 10 seats). They're still soft opening so calling ... in your order is probably smart for the time being but I won't hold that against them. Read more

Honestly, this has to be one the greatest hidden gems in Richmond! I was working in the area and searched what was close by... I can only say great things about the food, drinks, and owner (Eric) of TTOP. Get the DF Chicken leg bento and try the lychee chu-chu ... bar! *Pro tip, wait for the iced cubes to melt a little.
