TL:DR they serve HK style (somewhat) foods. Their bitter melon and beef over rice isn't great. Small amounts of beef and lots of hard pieces of bitter melon. The sauce is flavorful enough. Been here for years in the food court. A staple no nonsense spot for good HK food. The baked items take a little longer but always hot and tasty.

We love to order the baked pork chops on rice from Mambo Cafe, they first deep fry the pork chops and then bake it on top of the fried rice, covered with tomato sauce and top it off with cheese, the pork chops is always crunchy on the outside and ... soft on the inside. I think this is the best baked pork chops ever. The best part is you only pay for the food, no tips required at the Aberdeen Food Court. The quality of their food is better than Happy Day Cafe! Really good baked pork chop on rice. Closest tasting to the ones in HK. It was fresh and the pork chop was crispy and not just battered covered fat.
