This is the second time this month I've dined at this restaurant. The service is exceptional; I was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. Throughout lunch, the servers frequently checked in and tidied up my table. This level of hospitality is rare among Asian restaurants at ... this price point. The restaurant is spacious, featuring Nordic decor, making it a hidden gem in Richmond. The food quality is above average for the area, but I have a few suggestions for the head chef or management. Considering the rising costs and the restaurant's economical pricing, I recommend using higher-quality cuts of meat, such as pork tenderloin or center loin, instead of pork shoulder or butt. The presence of unchewable ligaments can detract from the dish and the restaurant's reputation. These cuts might be suitable for minced pork in buns or dumplings but are less ideal for stir-frying with rice cakes. Just a thought—please disregard if you disagree. I will definitely return to try the blood tofu with pork intestine dish. Pan-fried pork buns are a must. Read more
