A family owned authentic Sichuan eatery. A surprise that there were no customers on a Sunday night but that works great for me as I prefer an uncrowded place. I ordered a sichuan beef noodle(四川牛肉麵）, requested easy spiciness and chili chicken(bone-in口水雞) The direct English translation is not a pleasant one ... which means saliva chicken. Both dishes beyond my expectations. The chicken was just heavenly yummy. To be honest the taste of the chicken was very good- not just adding the hot chili but the spice has a well balanced marinate. I could easily rate that a 9/10. The lady boss was very nice and friendly. Added a bowl of steam rice. Total bill came to $28.50. Cash and debit only. The sichuan beef noodles have an authentic spicy and numbing flavour and the beef cubes are tender. The noodles had a nice chewy texture and did not become too soft near the end. Order a side of sesame bread to get some relief from the heat.

Probably best cold noodle in town. Amazing flavours of spicy, sweet, sour. Noodles are chewy and textured. My partner ordered regular beef noodle soup which was delicious as well. Beef was extremely tender. We ordered the jellyfish which was good, the sauce was vinegary and sweet. Ordered the potatoe noodle soup ... broth as well. Potatoe noodles was good but not as good as their normal beef noodle soup. Highly recommend. Their brown sugar jelly was a refreshing dessert to end the meal. Helped cool off the spice. Read more

Border line between 3 and 4 stars but I gave 3. Noodles were quite tasty but the portion was very small. So was the Fu qi fei pian, served on a very small plate, and it wasn't very good. Service was far from good, I had an impatient and unhelpful ... server. I'll still go back and give it another chance. Read more
