Last Saturday I came here order Chickens for party . The staff Vasudev helped me make an order, he is so friendly, helpful and cheerful all the time.He gave me many good recommend for my order. Honestly, I go to a lot of fast food restaurants in Canada, Never see ... staff have this high quality customer service, I feel appreciated when he serves me. Worst location ever. The fries were cold and rock hard, uneatable. The gravy was cold too. The chicken I ordered was original, the receipt shows the original, but it came out spicy. Chickens were lukewarm at best, dry, and hard crunch. It had to be the worst experience I ever ... had with Church's Chicken. I'm sticking with L.A. Chicken from now on. Churches chicken in richmond at the corner of garden city and blundeell never has ice.it has been around two orthree months since I noticed they don't have ice. I finally asked a staff member today april 17th why they don't ever have ice and I asked if the machine was ... broken? Staff said machine works fine but when we are less busy we don't serve ice inour drinks because we don't turn it on. When it is busy we serve ice.
