Another nice place to hang out, other than Parker Place in Richmond. As you can see, I have a photo with a fast food store (Cloud 9 Delicacy); this is the only place I would eat. Much like a typical Plaza in Asia, low ceiling and warm lighting. Has a food court too, must try Prataman Express and Cloud 9 delicacy. Many stores are closed down though, and some have shut doors despite being open with no open sign.
Nice Asian food courts inside, fair price and decent portion. Also, there are many individuals small store to visit. A supermarket and couple of restaurants outside at this centre. Nice atmosphere, and free parking.
Empire Centre reminds me of mall/stores in Asia. Unsure why most of the stores are closed in the mall. Parking is limited and fills up quickly.
