Good looking city Hall , loads of gorgeous landscaping. They hate it and there's security so you'll only get one lap but great BMX/ 🛹 spot
So Richmond City Council just further proved that democracy is a fake concept used to deceive the general public. Despite a huge majority of speakers (residents) during the hearing that spoke AGAINST the "safe" drug injection site, and despite about 10% of the total Richmond population physically attended the city ... hall to protest, the city council still voted in favour. The hearing is for a show and people's voice were ignored without any consideration. No vote or referendum for the residents of Richmond, yet a decision was made for them. Was part of Pakistan's 75th independence day celeberations there organized by Pakistani community. City people cooperate very nicely and arranged maximum facilities for the guests

It is a pretty nice place to spend an afternoon near some of their water features with a box lunch. They have a small cafeteria as well. Read more
