Starbucks - Richmond, British Columbia

I like this Starbucks coffee shop, it’s near my work so ideal for me to take a break and enjoy some coffee and blueberry muffins.Employees are always polite and fast with delivery. It’s easy to find parking spot so I highly recommend to visit this place 👌🏼

Excellent baristas that are attentive and fast, didn't take me long after moving here to be recognized as a regular, and although I don't hold establishments to those kinds of standards I certainly appreciate it. If any mistakes are made, they are immediately rectified upon bringing them up.

Today an employee named Nozomi attended me her exceptional customer service truly made my day! Thank you for your kindness and efficiency at Starbucks. It’s evident that you genuinely care about your customers.

I haven't been here for 2 years now, but it used to be pretty decent. Staff were friendly and attentive, interior was lively and had a nice atmosphere. However this time, my friend and I waited for a while at the front counter. The batista was behind the counter organizing ... something and was taking drive thru orders, while completely ignored what was going on at the front. I decided to try the frozen lemonade refresher since it is new, and boy was it disappointing. The flavour was alright but still tasted more diluted than just the normal refresher. The ice melted quickly, as you can see in my other picture. I had to quickly drink it before it was all melted. And also, there was alot of froth and foam on the top of the drink in the end. Forgot to mention theres no dried fruits like the normal refresher. Do not recommend. Read more
