Best Thai Tea Latte in town, will come back again.

The beverages here are great, their matcha green latte were my favourite in the whole city. Unfortunately their service has been getting worse and worse recently. Barista’s sitting behind the bar on their phone’s at all hours, which normally I wouldn’t mind. It’s a pretty quiet mall so I get ... they’re just passing time. But just now I stood at he counter for several minutes trying to catch the barista’s attention while she sat behind the bar, less than a foot away, on her phone. Completely ignoring everything around her. I know they have a back room so surely she couldn’t be on break? Pretty rude. Gonna start just drinking Starbucks again. Read more

Really rude staff and short tempered owner. The barista got a few orders confused (understandable mistake, we got the same drink) and the guy making the drinks yelled at both her and the customers. Then got really mad at us for letting the other customer take our drink and that ... he had to make another one. From the other comments, it looks like this is a common thing with this place. Worst service ever.. The owner would yell to people. I worked 3 days in the shop, and saw him yelled twice to customers. The first time he yelled to a local old women because the lady did not hear him clearly. Then he raised his voice rudely. In the other ... day, a family came to buy foods and drinks. A boy wanted to order some food, but his mom said no. Then the owner started to yelled "do you need it or not? Your boy said yes and you said no. How would I know if you need to order?" Besides, he didn't pay my money for my working. I deserve my payments. The guy seems so emotional. Why offer him your money? Read more

Great service! 3 coffee bars drinks ready in 2 mins flat. Try the Maracoon Mocha, half sweet. Very well done. Keep up the great work boys.
