Dirty, run down store with a basic selection of powdered drinks. They have a $4 minimum charge for credit cards (which is actually a violation of the credit card merchant agreement). I understand some small businesses do this to keep costs low, which is fine, but the cashier offered to ... charge me $4 for a $3.75 drink... As if she was doing me a favor..?? I liked it. It was cheap and it had a really unique flavour. The pearls are unique as well since there blue instead of black.

The best boba/bubble tea I've ever had. The tapioca pearls were so soft. Loved it. Don't know why it's so hard to get the texture of those tapioca pearls to be perfect but Fair Bee did it.
