Not what it used to be, sadly. A decent food court but the market is gone along with many of the small retail shops that had hoods from overseas.

Ordered stay beef with instant noodle. It comes with scramble eggs and toast. Satay beef is pretty good, it has the taste of HK. Scramble eggs are creamy. Milk tea I have to give them an A. I was there on Saturday at 9:30 and the line up is pretty long but ... it didn’t take too long getting to the order desk and pick up. Only downside, this food court is very small so if you go dine in alone, it is hard to find a seat. One thing for sure , I will come again. Read more

Came here for lunch at the Red Star Restaurant. Parking spots are plentiful by Richmond standard. There are few shops in this mall but there are a couple of restaurants and a small food court with various Chinese style cuisines.

Nice Asian small food courts on the second floor, reasonable price and decent portion. Also, there are many individuals small store to visit on the first floor. Quiet atmosphere. Limited free parking available on site.

When T&T was here it was okay. Parking is not that good. Food selection is mediocre. Interesting book store.
