Dairy Queen is very kid-friendly, which makes it a great place to visit with children. Some of the ice cream flavors are a bit too sweet for my taste, but I really love their ice cream cakes. They are always a hit in our family.

Disappointing Experience with Unfriendly Staff I recently visited Dairy Queen in March on a Wednesday night and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff, particularly the Indian international students working there, displayed a remarkably bad attitude. Customer service was practically non-existent. They were unresponsive, seemed disinterested, and lacked basic courtesy. A ... smile and a friendly demeanor can go a long way in the service industry, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Dairy Queen is known for its good treats, but the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. One thing I like about this store is they close late every day (until 12 am). Meanwhile, the problem with this store is that they hired a staff member who doesn't want to work. I always come to this store. So far, only one or two cashiers were friendly. I don't know ... how to describe the rest of the cashiers that I encounter. Their facial expression and the way they talk seem like we (customers) are a burden and uninvited guests for them. I really love birthday cakes. But on my last visit, the girl working was very indifferent and uncaring. That's why I'm making this comment I wrote the things that needed to be written on the cake, by coloring them on paper, and when the cake was ready, she never ... said it was ready.
