Large variety and fair prices. I’m happy with their take out supply and bbt tea powder samples, very helpful sales person in store. Usually can get next day delivery.

Google Says cafe is open, upon arriving on site and walking inside I was informed it is closed (1pm on a Thursday) . After a 45min walk to get here kind of sucks to find that out.

Quaint little hidden gem in the industrial area.

They make a great bubble tea with freshly brewed tea. The tapioca pearls tasted fresh and were not chewy or hard. The inside of the cafe is a little bare and cool feeling. When I go to a cafe I prefer it to be cozy, this was not. I think ... more comfortable seating and being surrounded with more tea/coffee paraphernalia would add more to the ambience of the cafe. Tapio is a fantastic non standard bubble tea and lunch joint. The decor is very pleasant and eclectic with simple furniture and delightful centerpieces and accoutrements. They also have some toys and books for kids. They have a variety of delicious recipes and daily specials. Their sandwiches are surprisingly good. The ... focus however is on their teas and their boba. They have a bakery of teas both cold and hot, as well as sweet and regular. They also have several different additives to enhance your tea. The boba is well made. Service is friendly. They have limited parking and are only close to one bus route. You can work from a laptop here but they only have limited outlets.
