Little Bean Tea Station - Richmond, British Columbia

Very simple mall. One large grocery store (Osaka, owned by T&T) with a food court with tons of great options for food. Upstairs there are a few small shops, a barber, and that's about it. Good for a quick stop for lunch.

If you’re craving for classic Asian dishes, then this is the place to be. Just be ready and bring cash with you since most stores only accept cash. They do have an abm machine in the area but charges extra if you have a different bank.

Terribly underwhelming "mall" anchored by a fantastic grocery store and an excellent food court. Reminds me a lot of the Crystal Mall in Burnaby, both pros and cons (more of the latter than the former): grimy, run-down, sparsely populated, even more sparsely operated, with many of the shops either empty, ... unmanned, or offering services or products that seem shady at best. Parking is free in the lot out front, but cramped and aggressively patrolled. You're better off visiting the adjacent Aberdeen Center for, well...just about every other reason imaginable. Read more

We come here to eat and shop. The food court on main floor has lots of choices for cheap price. The fukunoya houseware store has lots of items including largest selection of rice cookers in lower mainland. They also have huge assortment of red envelopes

If you like Chinese food, then this food court has tons of options from all over. There are also options for bubble tea and mango drinks. Unfortunately no outside food (even from the grocery centre) is allowed to be consumed at the food court tables. Lots of parking right outside ... and a large grocery store on the inside. Read more
