The people behind the counter and the one making the drinks kept on giggling while we were trying to order. We had to repeat what we wanted a couple of times. Once we received our order, 3 of the 4 drinks were wrong. Instead of apologizing, the person on the ... counter just looked at the drink and said that they asked us to double check our order, insinuating that it’s our fault. PSA for anyone ordering from Chatime, their “regular size” is literally half the amount of every over bubble tea shop out there. None of their marketing material reflects the true portions of their drinks. I would not recommend to anyone.

Been there by coincidence and what a good decision to walk in. The cashier, he was really nice and polite. Clean and organized which perfect for us to dine in and had such a happy relaxing time. Thai milk tea is always my favorite and they make the best ... here. Will definitely drop by again if we're in the area. Read more

Went on a Saturday night and had a really nice visit. The girl at the counter was so nice and helpful! We enjoyed a couple of their special BT21 festive drinks in the super spacious dining area. The place was clean and the atmosphere was nice. I’ll be back!

I like that there are options for how much sugar or ice you like for your orders. The taste is ok, price is fair. The seats need new upholstery. When we came, the lady at the counter seem to be impatient, she sounded rushed like expecting that we have memorized ... their menu and know exactly what to say at the counter. That would be true for regulars, how do new comers become regulars? They were served nicely during their first time. Read more
