Wow. This place calling itself Bubble Queen obviously doesn’t know how to make bubble waffles. On the 24th May,2024 at around 5:50pm i ordered a bubble waffle here with Portuguese tart filling. The damage was around $9.5 I didn’t have high hopes, but I didn’t expect the shells on the waffle ... falling apart, crumbing down the paper bag the moment I stepped out of the store. (See Picture 1) “Oh well it sucks but guess it will suck harder as time goes by so might as well eat it now before it’s too late” I was chowing down the crumbling waffle shells and two minutes passed… the waffle got soggy (see picture 2) I really hoped this only bubble waffle place in the grid to work… because it’s the only bubble waffle place in the grid! I’m writing this hoping you guys would make things right- do your job and give your staff proper training. I want to support this little store but tbh it will take one full refund and another test run to rebuild the trust in this place again… Read more
We ordered a mango bubble tea (with mango puree and pearls) and taro mochi bubble waffle for take away. The mango bubble tea was great - pearls were a perfect chewy texture. However, the taro mochi bubble waffle was a complete letdown. The bubble waffle was entirely soggy when it was ... finally done after a 10-15 minute preparation. It is hard to believe that a store who produces such delicious drinks will allow themselves to sell a product like this. I think the product can be called taro mochi, but it definitely does not hold any bubble waffle traits. I hope the recipe can be revamped or at least a QC process should be in place to prevent a product like this to be sold. With that said, I will still return for their drinks! Read more
This place was quite busy when we came around 8pm. Only 2 people working but they were so quick, kind and professional. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. They called us over and said the bubble waffle they made for our order was too dark ... and not to their standards. They offered to refund or give us a drink as they made another one for us. Most places would just say they forgot to make it or serve it burnt! Love the honesty/transparency and holding themselves to a high standing of serving high quality products. I would be happy to come here regularly. The iced Thai tea latte was perfect level of sweetness and very creamy. The strawberry and white chocolate bubble waffle was crisp and light, not too sweet! Had to try the seasonal mango slush and it was just so so good. The mangoes are perfectly ripped, slush was not icy tasted more like a yum smoothie with fresh mango. Pearls/jelly were for free. The drink was around 10$ which seemed a bit pricy but for those mangoes ... it was worth it. I didn’t really like the taro waffle, it was a bit crispy and overly sweet. Would highly recommend the mango drinks though. Read more

Very refreshing bubble tea place, I ordered the Mango Cubes Slush and it came with very sweet and ripe mangoes. Customization options for the drinks are amazing and caters to any preferred taste. The staff are also super friendly and are able to accommodate and recommend favourites.
