Bourbon Street Grill - Richmond, British Columbia

Use to LOOOVE this restaurant, they introduce me to Hong Kong mango chicken. As of late, the food quality and taste as dropped significantly. The Mango chicken is no longer golden-brown but instead is DARK-BROWN like its burnt. Can easily tell its chicken fried in OLD oil covered in so-called ... mango sauce. They claim their fried rice has in minced chicken, that's a LIE. The rice is basically plain steamed rice with minced vegetables, no eggs or chicken. I won't be buying for them again. Now I have to search for another Hong Kong restaurant whenever I need mango chicken. Read more

We got the three dish meal and it came in a small box… we asked why they didn’t answer only stating it’s the same amount which it’s not.The rice was crunch and everything else was wet and not flavourful they only thing that was good was the broccoli.

Not sure how is it Bourbon st Grill if it was just Chinese food "manchu wok" type of food. And they had the tipping option at payment... And no direct option to say 0 (it s food court self service, what tip?) and had to go other payment then choose 0 ... then get out.. One of my go-to places at food courts.. Food is good and fresh as its a popular place. Staff at this Bourbon st grill is quick and the seating area in this mall food court is very clean and lots of seating for everyone. What you'd expect from food court food. Had Combo 2 for $14.29 with 1 meat option, 2 vegetables, and noodles or rice. They had lots of meat choices and I ended up picking the Bourbon Chicken. Found it flavourful enough and received a good portion. The variety of vegetables left ... something to be desired (green beans, zucchini, broccoli, corn). The menu pictures show eggplant but it wasn't an option, and I'm not sure if they even offer it as I haven't gone here before. They didn't have tea available that day for lunch, which would have costed $2.15, but were able to provide complimentary hot water. Read more
