I ended up here randomly trying to see one of the Euro Cup matches and so glad I did! The bartender was super friendly, I had just had breakfast elsewhere so got coffee (was good) and proceeded to watch the matches. Next thing I know some elderly gentlemen ... were buying me Irish coffee and a shot and I topped my visit with a mug of Canadian lager! Though I didn't eat there the food coming out looked good. Ridiculous staff working on Sunday June 30. Called for over an hour from 9:30-10:30pm to place a take out order. Been coming here for 20 years. No answer. Come to place a take out order at 10:40 to be told kitchen is being closed in 5 min. Even after showing the ... staff all the call attempts to order. They tell me to look around how busy it is. Maybe hire more staff or keep a phone at your hip and answer and say give us a minute. Lived in the area my whole life. And I'll be making sure that every friend and family member never comes to this place due to the staff members and how they were speaking. I won't say their race nor gender. Go look on your cameras at 10:35- 10:40. And trust me there about a good 200 family members alone in Richmond who come on the daily. I ain't Even looking for anything to be made up for this behavior. Food was amazing. I had the Legends Burger and it was delicious! Our server, Tara, was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful, accommodating and had the best smile!

Visited on a Friday and encountered some service issues. Initially had to request assistance to be seated, and later discovered discrepancies in my order. The chicken wings with hot and five-alarm sauces appeared and tasted similar. Additionally, my double Long Island iced tea was initially served as a single, but ... after clarification, 'Angel' corrected the order. Unfortunately, upon checking the bill later, I noticed I was charged for the incorrect single drink, even though it was their mistake.
