got the chocolate croissant and ham&cheese croissant and total add up to nearly 8 dollars, which is super pricey but wow these were so good! not filling tho... but great quality bread and fillings!

Great customer service and selection of baked goods in the afternoon!! I haven’t been to cobs in awhile, so I needed a little more time deciding. The lady was very kind and patient with me. She always confirmed with me if I needed more time before helping another customer, which I ... greatly appreciated. She was also very knowledgeable of their deals and promotions!! Have always loved cobs bread, wish they had more locations around where I live! This one is in a pretty good location - doesn't get too busy. Staff is nice. Bread is the best when it's fresh, which is often with cobs!

I had a problem with their service. The first time I went to buy a loaf of bread, the cashier was a friendly Asian young lady and she gave me a coupon and kindly explained that next time if I buy enough buns, I could get a free loaf of ... bread. After that good experience I decided to go again. The second time I went I had a different cashier who was very impolite. I went to choose a few buns to use the offer for the free loaf of bread, but when I brought it to the cashier, she very rudely and loudly said that those buns can't be used for the offer because they would "lose money". I was very embarrassed because everyone in the store could hear and they all looked at me. I felt that she was judging me for making use of the deal and I was being insulted. I suggest that you do not get their coupons or special offers, because they will look down on you for taking advantage of their deals. Very very bad service, and a very very bad experience. This specific Cobs is my family's preferred Cobs Bread for our daily use sliced bread. I enjoy Cobs a lot when I want a high quality sandwich loaf, usually we get their high fibre white as it has a most substantive texture than the regular white loaf, a little denser ... and chewier. It toasts up great and the price is still usually less or equal to any of those supermarket brands. The spinach pesto scones are also a nice treat, a little moist for a scone but flavourful without being overpowering on the pesto or spinach. As to why this specific Cobs, we've found that their a little more consistent in quality and friendlier in service. They quickly remembered us even though we only come by ever two weeks or so. Cobs may not be the fanciest bakery but for your everyday breads it's great. Read more
