On top of that, this particular restaurant is certainly miles behind the others in the ... regard as well. Hands were dirty and not washed as my food was prepared. But I gave it a shot. I hope the germs were killed during the cooking process lol. I ordered sticky lamb noodle and BBQ chicken legs. The order took some time because of the BBQ but both items were prepared fresh! And they tasted way better than I expected! The BBQ chicken was spicy as I requested and noodles were pretty tasty too. It could certainly have used more meat but for the $13 price tag though. Will I try it again? Maybe. I don't like coming into this market and risking my health due to unhygienic conditions. Good for a one time try though! Oh and everything is Halal. Been coming here since I was little, I absolutely love this place. Xin Jiang Delicious Food is a wonderful hidden gem inside richmond public market. I love the quality of the food and I have never been disappointed in my 15+ years of coming here. The owners run this shop, ... and even though it might be a bit of a wait to get your food since there is only one chef, (10 mins usually), you will be promised amazing quality freshly made meals. Great authentic Halal Chinese food in Richmond, BC. Handmade pulled noodles. I just wish it had more meat in the plate (that's the reason for the four stars) but the taste was great.
