Love their lamb noodle soup from this place. Always my go to place when I’m craving lamb.

ordered braised beef brisket noodles soup. the grandma cashier was friendly , warm, and cute🥰 portion was big, and meat was generous nice n tender , hand-made noodles were "bouncy " and chewy . Xi An is famous for their noodle with lamb / beef in soup, so obviously, I have to try their signature dish. The smell was fragrant and the appearance looked nice with their porcelain bowl. Made me feel like I was eating an authentic bowl of noodles on the side ... of the street. I went for the lamb meat first, and boy, was that lamb as fat as me. The bite of lamb was half meat half fat, which was kind of nice and unexpected. Usually the lamb I get in noodles are just meat. The lamb tasted like...boiled lamb. Nothing too special like others have said. Their noodles had a nice bite texture and firmness to it. The soup broth was quite oily and it distracted me from the flavours. It was a typical oily clear Chinese broth. Overall, it's a nice bowl of hearty noodles. Personally, I would prefer the broth to be less oily and "cleaner" taste. Read more

Fresh hand-pulled noodles right before your eyes. You have to try this place when you’re at the Richmond Public Market. The chef, which is also the cashier, takes your order and makes your noodles. There isn’t a bad dish on the menu. Just order and enjoy. The noodle is cooked to the ... exact texture; A la dente. Broth for the noodle is amazing. Just the right amount of spice and salt. Great tasty fresh hand made noodles. I've been a regular at least for the last 10 years. One of my favorite place for lunch! The chili oil needs to be more spicy.
