Chestnut birthday cake - the cake has a good spongy and soft texture with very tiny air bubbles - indicating the gentle mixing of the cake ingredients. The cake looks yellower than other cake shops - assuming they use better quality eggs. The chestnut paste has the right sweetness. The ... birthday candle is in rose pink color and looks fancy. One thing you will noticed is the owner is very friendly to customers, he went around chatting with people, carry conversation with customer. The wife is very friendly as well. I didn't eat the Dorian cake but my brother in law said it was not very strong in flavor but then ... the after taste her can taste it. I had the mango cake and when I saw him prepare in the morning, those mangoes look great and it turned out very good! Sweet, aromatic, perfectly ripe. I also like the chestnut roll but I'm not a big chestnut fan still, the texture and flavor was good. Among all the cakes we tried, they are all very spongy, not very sweet. Texture was very good.
