Came here to try the Royal Marinated Galbi, which is a marinated beef rolled up around a section of the bone. It was fantastic. The sauce was perfect, and the meat was juicy, soft and buttery. We all had a great time. We underestimated how big the portion actually was so ... ordered way too much. However, the experience was very enjoyable coupled with their attentive staff. Overall, a very good experience. We came across SURA Korean BBQ on a weekend day and it was fairly easy to get a table in a short period of time, the servers were kind although it seemed some of them had difficulty speaking English. We chose two items from the ... menu and both were really good and abundant. I think it would've been smarter to order just one and share. The barbecue was so delicious and the meat was incredibly tender. We were given all the tools needed to cut the meat to our desired size, and there was a convenient banchan pairing that was very delicious as well. The bibimbap was great as well, with jellies in it for texture ... which I never had in bibimbaps before, they mix it and prep it for you at the table as well which is so convenient too. Great value for the Set Lunch Menu which is a delicious variety with good portions of Korean food. Speedy service and ambiance. Good location in the Aberdeen Centre. Very good tea is served with the meal. Nice industrial looking washroom taps.

Very good deal for 25 cad lunch set with minimum two person orders. Definitely good standards for Korean food in Vancouver. I haven’t found a better Korean restaurant than this place so far. The place is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and nice. Worth the mandatory 15% tips. Good stuff!
