This is one of the best Chinese noodle soups I’ve ever had. We got the pickled veggie beef noodle soup (酸菜牛肉面). It was really cheap (only $11) for a big bowl with lots of beef. This was such a satisfying meal at a great price

Alright, I went there for the Xi’an specialty: cold steamed noodle. And I found one of the best Xi’an shop in Vancouver. The steamed cold noodles was made to perfection. I went back in two days to get another box. Just can’t have enough of it. The noodle is store made, ... the sauces is very tasty with the right amount of spiciness. Great roujiamo (stewed pork burger) - wonderfully crisp bun with super moist pork and bright cilantro and peppers inside. Actually on the less salty side, maybe because they typically add more chili oil and I asked for it to be less spicy :) Loved the zhajiamian (ground pork and soy bean ... paste noodles)! Noodles were so chewy and flavourful from the pork sauce. I think they are handmade as well, as the thickness varied a bit? Got there too late (6PM) for the cold noodles, need to try next time! We ordered the 凉皮 and 臊子面. 凉皮 tasted amazing. Very refreshing and clean. 5/5. The 臊子面 was really sour. They added a lot of vinegar. There wasn't much dressing so all you got was noodles. It was, however, a decently sized portion. 2/5
