Be careful when booking this Hotel. We will never stay here again. We booked a king bed and they ended up booked us a queen bed (room # 0586) and lied by saying that it is a king size. Their room was dirty, there were hairs on bed, dust on ... the table, the bathroom & fridge was stinky. Their concierge will never answer any phone calls and they handled business very unprofessional. Most importantly, it is not safe for our little one. This place is awesome! The people are super friendly and the food is amazing. I can't wait to go back for a vacation. They were really helpful and even gave me a ride to my meeting in their shuttle. I highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel, but not very family-friendly. The pool area is in need of many repairs. The restaurants are only accessible through the casino, so our family could not enjoy a meal together. The free parking is a plus, and the room was spacious and clean.

This was a first time stay for us at River Rock. Our room was very clean. There could be better air circulation such as ceiling fans. It was a bit too warm in our room I had trouble sleeping. Our dining experiences were not too great. The waiter did not ... tend to us as much as we expected. And the second night, at the restaurant. The waitresses were not very attending a bit rude to us. The best location for leaving your car behind and taking the sky train around the city! Great amenities, fun gaming and a pretty good food court. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a super pleasant surprise!! The sound proofing was AMAZING especially since the hotel is directly ... under the flight path of the airport and we couldn't hear planes at all. Read more
