They were out of so many things (it wasn't even busy, we went early around 6pm and there were only 3 tables so it's not like they ran out for the night). They didn't even have satay sauce for dipping, I have never ever had hot pot sauce without satay! ... Ran out of fresh tofu (how do you run out of one of the hot pot staples???), didn't have the sesame crepes, no edamame, no pork bone soup (even though they only really had 4 soup options)... and we got charged for an extra sauce we didn't even order. Fantastic food and very fast service, good affordable price as well. Their food was very fresh, beautiful, good variety.

Food wasn't that great. Service was sporadic. Half of the restaurant was kept in the dark. Didn't feel very clean. Didn't enjoy my experience.

One of the places where I would actually criticize the food. Went here for all you can eat for the skewers. Everything tasted the same... although it was suppose to be different meat with different dressings...

The service was outstanding. They really went out if their way to accommodate my vegan friend.
