Pho 99 Vietnamese Noodle House - Richmond, British Columbia

I ordered a large house special pho with beef stock and iced coffee with condense milk for take out. My big complain is the soup is very flat single dimension tasting. Not much depth and layering like other Pho restaurants I tried beforey. Also, the soup is very salty... Luckily I ... ordered a iced coffee. I was surprised that I can order different stock to go along with the Pho. Some examples for the stock are chicken, beef and Seafood. Large Pho wise the quantity of the noodles and the meats were decent. I had more in quantity in other Pho restaurants. The Iced Coffee is decent. Every time I come here, it's deserted, not sure why. The food is ok, not the worst but definitely not the best. Fairly inexpensive. $14 you can choose a main dish, an appetizer and a drink.

The place was surprisingly quiet during lunch hours on a Saturday. I love their phos, especially the soup base (hot and tasty). Parking at rear was quite easy. Highly recommend this place and will definitely go again.
