Typical Maxim’s bakery layout. Not sure if the buns and cakes are made from another location and delivered to Richmond Centre store. Plenty of parking available and it’s across from the Apple Store. I find the buns and pastries especially the swiss roll have shrunk in size. ... The swiss roll is probably 30% smaller and prices have gone up. Actually every thing is smaller with price increase. I tried their snow mooncakes. I got the mango and the blueberry mooncakes. Both were almost 10 dollars. It was really tasty. You can tell that their mooncakes are fresh because it didn't tasty dry or chewy.

Well cooked buns for a quick lunch. Sometimes I find Asian buns are somewhat raw at the bottom or middle but this one was throughly cooked and tasty. I had the baked corn, cheese, and sausage bun and it had a good balance of toppings. It tasted of mayo, cheese, ... and hot dogs, could have used more corn. Read more
