I'm not really sure why this place has low ratings. I have been coming here for the past decade or so. Always delicious food and great service. They cook food with a lot of "wok hey". I recommend the sweet and sour pork, stir fry pea sprouts (dou miu), scallop ... egg white fried rice, soya sauce chicken was the best, and their fried fish. Dessert was yummy too - green bean sweet soup with taro. Haven't had that in a very long time. This is a hidden canto gem in Richmond. Highly recommend!! Read more

Last supper before we flew back to Singapore. We ordered 4 dishes, clams in black bean sauce, radish & sirloin hot pot, oyster with ginger & green onion hot pot, pan fried prawn in soy sauce. Personally I like the oyster dish, it was so perfectly done. That night there were a ... big group of customers who spoke so loud and some of them even smoked inside. 2 stars for friendly services. Portion are smaller than 2 years ago, food quality are downhill. Extremely salty deep fried white fish, honey garlic ribs got a lot of fat more than meat. Non fresh Clams with thick corn starch black bean sauce. 6 tiny beef spare ribs with sour mushroom and a lot ... of mixed bell peppers. Read more

Delicious late night da lang. They are open until 1am. Free large bowl of plain congee with purchases over 20 dollars. Delicious honey garlic spareribs (sweet and sticky), fried intestines, and deep fried silverfish. Would go again, great late night snack!

This place does late night food really well. After 9pm you will see it is packed for all the right reasons. The portions are generous and the quality is excellent. Don't worry about the service or the slightly dilapidated look of the place. You come here for the food plain ... and simple. There are some unique Cantonese dishes here that are very village in flavours, ingredients and style. You won't find it in regular restaurants. If you're going to eat late night, you must try this place. Read more
