Parking lot with rats running around. Most of the parking spaces are reserved. Elevator in poor condition always, super slow and dirty. Always no parking space at dinner time. Second level parking even worse, very narrow and very limit parking spaces. Have to pay and park on the street.

Lots of restaurants and limited parking. The stalls are very narrow so always a worry about door dings.

Serve Chinese style seafood here. Tastes like Stir fried. The food is really tasty but with a price tag that will catch your eye. Spent 180 for two.

What's there to say besides that it's a parking lot?? The biggest concern that I would draw attention to is that there are a few reserved spots at the Southwest corner of the parking lot. They are reserved for a restaurant and maybe something else. Everything else should be available ... for general parking. When parking in the upper lot, be careful of pedestrians and other vehicles since there is less space (but still completely reasonable) to maneuver as you get into and out of the available spots.
