The staff here is super polite and friendly. They will not urge you to place an order. They are not in a rush. This makes you feel like home. The curry beef brisket is very soft and easy to chew. The chef is very generous in providing the brisket. You will ... still have the brisket and the curry sauce even you have the final spoon of rice. However, the brisket is a little bit salty. The iced milk tea is silky and not too sweet. The restaurant has plenty of sun room. This makes the atmosphere delightful. The washroom needs to be improved as there is a minor leak with the flush water pipe. Food is at a decent price. The restaurant is very warm and inviting. I can see parking being a nightmare during peak times such as lunch. The washrooms need updating and is very cold. The toilet paper chafes my butt.

Yang Chow Fried Rice with Tea/Coffee Combo Drink. The food comes out piping hot and fresh. Definitely made to order and fast. The portions are big and filling. The drink is made well. A nice Hong Kong style restaurant with healthier cooking as the food is less salty than others. We ordered fried chicken with spaghetti, fried rice noodle with beef and french toast plus ice-cream. All are tasty and the portions are good The restaurant crew is friendly and helpful.

Good food. It is better than most of Hk style restaurants in Richmond. Price is a bit high for self service but you get the quality. Portion is not big but enough.
