The drinks had large chunks of ice that were not properly blended, making them less enjoyable. Despite the variety of drink choices available, the quality was lacking. Both drinks score a 2 out of 10. Ambiance: The ambiance was average, with nothing particularly noteworthy. The booth chairs were quite hard, which made seating uncomfortable for extended periods. Service: The service was mediocre. The staff did not check on how our food was or ask if we wanted a refill of water. This aspect of the experience merits a 4 out of 10. Price: The pricing is affordable, earning a 2 out of 5. Verdict: Overall, the experience at Bubble Tea was underwhelming. While there were a few highlights, such as the assorted marinated plate and the wonton in chili sauce, the overall quality of the food and drinks was lacking. Given the many options available in Richmond within the same food category, it might be a while before we return to this place. I’ve been going here on occasion for a few years now, it’s a good comfort food place - tastey food (I really like their chicken), the bubble tea is fairly basic but good, and the staff are very nice. Good prices for what you get.

Ordered 盐酥鸡 combo and 牛肉饭 and Pork intestines as appetizer. The cabbage is a big chunk and not separated. Doufu is the worst, salty no taste. Other than that the food is fine. The size is ok. The restaurant is not too busy. Parking is difficult to find.

I had the simmered egg with tomato stock and chicken and oh my goodness it taste exactly the same 15 years ago. Really good flavor and huge portion too. A must try!

Visited for a quick bbt fix and got a peach milk tea - it was really good. Though i wasn’t asked for ice/sugar levels, it tasted good for my liking. Also got a Oreo bubble waffle and salty chicken nuggets- both were really good. Reasonably priced menu with other food ... items on menu and definitely going back. Went for a take out but decided to dine in and the service was good. It was close to their closing time but they didn’t rush us. Read more
