Loved it, usually a big line up during peak time. Went there on 1pm, and had one or two empty table to sit. The steak is relatively not cheap compared to other hongkong style restaurants, but it is so good, it costs me 38 dollars for 8 oz steak. It had ... roast flavor in it. I came here for lunch. This is a great hk style cafe. Service is a hit or miss here. Definitely bring cash. They take card but it’s over a certain amount. The food is done very nice here. I haven’t been dissatisfied with the food yet.

Food quality above average HK cafe, more on the high end. We ordered lobster soup with pastry top, super! The steaks taste good with spaghetti, so is the cod fish with Spanish rice! We enjoyed our NYE dinner in our neighborhood without overspending and saved time in driving to downtown!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Amigo Restaurant. I ordered the swirled egg with prawns on thick rice noodles and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the dish was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend trying it!

We ordered the prime steak, medium rare. It wasn't bad and presentation looks great. The meat was grilled perfectly. However, the tendon in the steak was a bit hard to chew, though the meat itself wasn't dry. The only downside was that they need to give more sauce. The steak ... and the spaghetti tasted very fresh, but no flavor, so I have to add salt and pepper myself. The lobster soup was a but salty, but overall it wasn't too bad, couldn't taste the lobster though. Overall it's a great place if you are looking for an affordable, yet good quality steak meal. The atmosphere weren't too bad considering it's a hk Cafe. However the arrangement of tables are way too close to eachother, which feels uncomfortable for people sitting in between the aisle and staffs walking by. Read more
