I just ordered $62 in food and picked it up today on march 3,2024 9:30ish, and there were bugs/flies inside my saladbox.I shot a video with documentation and called the store; they claimed everything would be closed shortly and that I should call in the morning. Do I have to ... wait until the morning to take my dinner?My dinner is a waste now, so is my money.I can't eat this because there are live flies walking through your salad. And don't know how they baked the pizza and pasta with whats inside.! Read more
The food was way too long to arrive, especially because we were the only ones there for a while. When the food came it wasn't what I'd asked for, so they took the food back, and while remaking my dish gave me back my old plat with the yam fries ... so I have something to eat in the meantime. Other family members took the hamburger, and were disappointed, the meat was bearly mixed, the lettuce wasn't fresh, we got chunks of onions that was very hard to eat, and the flavour wasn't good. The only dish we enjoyed was one of the starters (which came the same time as our main food). There was only one staff member the all time and she was very nice. I didn't complain at the restaurant, as it already took enough time to get any of the food the first place, and even when we got it we ate a few bits and left. Had excellent pizza here in August of 2023. Serving staff was friendly and quick. The next night, I came back for take-out and had pizza again, plus delish wings (Cajun). Manager Cedric took fantastic care of me. Loved all the sports games on the many TVs there.
We got dessert. Had to wait a the waitress advised she had a big party to tend to and would get back to us. Ordered tea and my pot of ware was warm so had to ask for another one. This time it came hot. Was not offered any refills ... though. ATM machine was left unlocked and unattended to at 11pm. That was weird. Read more
